1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Tonso, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

Tonso is a SaaS platform for barbershops that allows you to:

• Manage the schedule of one or more barbers
• Accept online bookings from your customers 24/7
• Send appointment confirmations via email
• Generate WhatsApp click-to-chat links for your customers
• Access an admin panel with your bookings and stats

3. Registration and Account

To use Tonso you must create an account or sign in with Google. By doing so you agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old and a legitimate representative of the barbershop
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking Policy

Tonso facilitates booking management between your barbershop and your customers. As the business operator:

• You define your hours, services, and prices
• You are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments in your calendar
• Cancellation and modification policies with your customers are your responsibility
• Tonso is not a party to the commercial relationship between you and your end customers

5. Cancellations and Modifications

About appointment management in your calendar:

• You can cancel or modify bookings from your admin panel
• Cancellation policies with your customers are your business responsibility
• Tonso provides the technical tool to manage them, not your commercial rules

6. Pricing and Payments

Tonso service conditions:

• Tonso offers a free trial period with no credit card required
• After the trial period, prices apply according to the plan you choose
• Payments are recurring and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice by email
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds

7. User Conduct

When using Tonso you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Share your account with third parties without authorization
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other barbershops
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code
• Generate abusive load on the infrastructure (scrapers, automated bots)
• Create multiple accounts with false information

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, code, logos, and content of the Tonso platform are the property of Tonso or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The data that you or your customers enter on the platform belongs to you — Tonso processes it on your behalf as a data processor.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tonso is provided 'as is', and shall not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents
• Loss of data due to failures beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or commercial losses arising from use of the service
• Actions or omissions of your end customers or third parties

10. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify substantial changes by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
