How does the 30-day trial work?

You create the account and use all of Tonso for 30 days without paying anything. We don't ask for a card. If by the end of the month you're not convinced, nothing gets charged — the system simply stops accepting new bookings.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. They book from their phone with a link, just like a website. Works on iPhone, Android, computer… any browser.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You cancel from the dashboard with one click, no minimum term or penalties. If you cancel, you download all your data before you leave.

How long does it take to set up?

Most barbers have Tonso accepting bookings in under an hour. We guide you step by step over email during the first few days.

Question 5

Does it work if I have several locations?

Accepted Answer

Each location works as an independent shop with its own link. If you run more than one, get in touch and we'll set up a volume discount.

Question 6

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

It's yours. We export the full list of clients and appointments as CSV before closing the account. We delete everything from our servers after 30 days.
